§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   Whenever in this code or in any ordinance of the county any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful, an offense or a violation, or whenever the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, where no specific penalty is otherwise provided, whoever violates any provision shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 for any one specified offense or violation, and $1,000 for each repetition of the offense or violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues or occurs.
   (B)   If an act prohibited or rendered unlawful is, in its nature, continuous in respect to time, the fine or penalty for allowing the continuance thereof in violation of this code or the ordinance shall not exceed $250 for each day that it may be unlawfully continued.
   (C)   All fines and penalties imposed for violation of any county ordinance shall be paid into the County General Fund.
