§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 150.04, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the same, shall be punished by the levying of a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $100, and each day that a building constructed after the effective date of this section remains in existence in violation of § 150.04, shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   (1)   Any person violating of the provisions of § 150.05(A) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100. Each day any building or structure which is erected or built in violation of § 150.05(B) remains standing, it shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association of individuals erecting or causing to be erected any building in violation of § 150.05(B) shall be fined not lass than $5, nor more than $15 for each offense and each day used in the erection of said building shall be construed as a separate offense and in addition thereto. The City Council reserves the right to declare any such building erected in violation of § 150.05(B) to be a nuisance and to authorized to institute legal action to require the removal or dismantling of said building.
   (D)   Any person, firm, association of persons, co-partnership, or corporation found guilty of violation of § 150.06 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $50 for each offense.
