(A) The license fee for carrying on the business, trade, occupation, or profession of labor organizer and promoter, as defined in § 112.01, shall be $50 for the period of time between the date of issuance of the license and 12:00 p.m. on July 16, succeeding the date of its issue.
(B) The license fee for carrying on the business, trade, occupation, or profession of labor solicitor, as defined in § 112.01, shall be $50 for the period of time between the date of issuance of the license and 12:00 p.m. on July 16, succeeding the date of its issue.
(C) All sums received as fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be placed in the City General Fund and used in payment of general operating expenses of the city.
