§ 112.03 APPLICATION.
   (A)   (1)   No license shall be issued until an application shall have been filed therefor. Each application for license hereunder to carry on or conduct the business, trade, occupation, or profession either of labor organizer and promoter, as defined in § 112.01, or of labor solicitor, as defined in § 112.01, within the city shall be in writing and shall be filed with the City Clerk, and shall contain the following information:
         (a)   Name, age, permanent address, local address, and place of birth of the applicant;
         (b)   Whether the applicant is a citizen of the United States;
         (c)   Whether he or she is an official, agent, or employee of any labor organization and, if so, the name and address of such organization.
         (d)   Name and address of the agent of such labor organization within the city on whom process may be served;
         (e)   How long the applicant acted in such capacity;
         (f)   Whether the applicant has even been convicted of any felony, if so, what and where; and
         (g)   If the applicant has ever been convicted or has had the rights of citizenship restored.
      (2)   The application shall be signed by the applicant, and the applicant shall, within the county before some officer authorized to administer oaths, state under oath that all the information given in the application is true. The application shall contain such certification by such officer at the time it is filed.
   (B)   The application hereinabove referred to shall be submitted by the City Clerk, the Mayor, and City Council at the next meeting of the Council after the date the application is filed, and if the application gives the information required in division (A) above, the City Council shall, by order, at the same meeting, direct the license applied for to be issued to the applicant for the period set forth pursuant to this subchapter, and the City Clerk shall issue the same immediately upon receipt of license fee stipulated pursuant to this subchapter.
   (C)   Any license issued hereunder shall expire at 12:00 p.m., on July 16, succeeding the date of its issue.
