(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person, persons, firm or corporation violating § 91.01, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 on each offense.
(2) Any person, firm, partners hip or corporation violating § 91.01(A) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $15 for each offense.
(3) Any such firm, person, corporation, or partnership violating § 91.01(D), shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense, and each day that any such merchandise is displayed upon any city sidewalk shall constitute a separate offense.
(4) Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership violating the provisions of § 91.01(E), shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $15 for each offense, and each day that such violation or violations continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(5) Any persons, firms, or corporations violating § 91.01 (F) or any part thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined the sum of $5, and each day such food stuffs are displayed or placed upon the public streets or sidewalks shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 91.16, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined a sum not less than $1, nor more than $10 for each offense. After conviction, the person or persons convicted shall pay $1 for each day said work for which he or she or she was convicted is allowed to stay on the street or alley.
(D) Any person or persons violating § 91.17, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined a sum not less than $1, nor more than $10 for each offense.
(E) Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of § 91.18, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined a sum of not less than $1, nor more than $25 for each offense.
