§ 91.18 PROTECTION OF WATER HOSE IN STREETS.
   (A)   In case of a fire, or in case the Fire Department is called out and have laid or stretched a water hose for the purpose of conveying water from a fire or water plug for the purpose of extinguishing a fire, it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive or carry or in any other manner to convey over, across, or into said water hose any automobile, truck, car, buggy, wagon, bicycle, motorcycle, or any other vehicle whereby said water hose might be injured.
   (B)   This section shall become a law and be in full force and effect on and after its passage and publication as the law directs.
