§ 22-6-26 WINTER’S CREEK CANAL; VEHICLES; PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park any motor vehicle (including motorcycle and moped) upon the concrete cover of that part of the Winter’s Creek Canal conduit which is situated between Avenue I and Avenue B; provided, this section shall not apply to those segments of the canal conduit which intersect a public street or alley of the city.
