§ 22-6-18 FIRE HYDRANTS; NEAR; PROHIBITED; MARKING.
   No vehicle shall be parked or left standing within ten feet of any fire hydrant for any period of time whatsoever. The curb space within such area of ten feet within such fire hydrant shall be painted red to indicate such prohibition.
