§ 22-6-5 MARKED PARKING SPACES; PARKING WITHIN; DRIVING.
   Where parking spaces have been marked by white boundary lines which are perpendicular or diagonal to the curb or edge of the street, it shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on, across, or over any of such lines. Where parking spaces have been marked by white boundary lines, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in such manner that the vehicle is not wholly within such lines. Not more than one vehicle shall be parked within any such parking space.
