§ 22-2-133 “DEAF CHILD PLAYING” OR “DEAF CHILD AT PLAY” SIGN ON AVENUE F.
   A sign shall be erected at the northeast corner of the intersection of Avenue F and 22nd Street so as to be read and obeyed by drivers approaching the sign from the south. Another sign shall be erected on the northwest corner of the intersection of Avenue F and 23rd Street, so as to be read and obeyed by drivers approaching the sign from the north. Such sign shall bear the words “deaf child playing” or “deaf child at play”. The operator of every vehicle on Avenue F between 22nd and 23rd Streets shall proceed with caution.
