§ 22-2-129 SAME; WILLFUL DISREGARD.
   Any person who drives, uses, operates, parks, or stops any motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate a willful disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of willful, reckless driving. Willful reckless driving is a Class I violation.
