§ 22-2-128 SAME; INDIFFERENT AND WANTON DISREGARD.
   Any person who drives, uses, operates, parks, or stops any motor vehicle in such a manner as to indicate an indifferent or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of reckless driving. Reckless driving is a Class I violation.
