The Western Nebraska Community College Area, at its expense, shall paint red the curbs abutting each of the no parking zones referred to in § 22-2-108 of this part and erect and maintain on or adjacent to such zones signs with the words “no parking” imprinted thereon, which shall be so designed and be at such locations as to be reasonably read by the operators of vehicles.
