The Scottsbluff School District shall at its expense construct, erect, and maintain on or adjacent to the no parking zones and fire lane zones shown in the drawings in §§ 22-2-99 and 22-2-100 of this part, respectively, appropriate signs, with the words “no parking” imprinted thereon, at points where the signs reasonably may be seen by the operators of vehicles.
