§ 22-2-50 PEDESTRIANS; JAY-WALKING; VEHICLES; RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Any pedestrian who shall cross a street at any point other than a pedestrian crossing, crosswalk, or street intersection shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles upon the street. Compliance with this section shall not excuse noncompliance by such pedestrian with the section of this chapter prohibiting pedestrians from crossing a street at any point other than a pedestrian crossing, crosswalk, or street intersection.
