§ 22-2-26 SAME; TURNS; DIRECTIONAL ARROWS; OBEDIENCE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle at an intersection at which there is a traffic-control signal containing automatic directional arrows prohibiting or regulating forward movement or left or right turns by vehicles to operate the vehicle in any manner otherwise than as indicated by such arrows. Provided, every operator of a vehicle, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, shall comply fully with directions given by a traffic officer.
