There also shall be submitted to the Planning and Building Official at the time of the filing of the application four copies of a plat of the tract to be subdivided which in form shall comply with the requirements in this article, and in content shall comply with the numbered requirements in § 21-1-59 of this subchapter, except requirement in § 21-1-59(B)(14). In addition, the plat shall contain a form of certificate, to be signed by the Planning and Building Official showing approval of the plat by the Official.
