§ 21-1-65 SUBDIVISION APPLICATION; APPLICATION TO PLANNING AND BUILDING OFFICIAL; CONTENTS; FEES.
   (A)   Every application for approval of a subdivision by the Planning and Building Official shall comply with all the provisions of this article, except that the application shall state that the subdivision is proposed to be effected by a plat.
   (B)   The application shall be filed with the Official and shall be accompanied by:
      (1)   A filing fee in the amount provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code, to be paid to the Official; and
      (2)   A deposit in the amount of the fee to be paid to the Register of Deeds upon the filing of the plat with such officer, if the plat shall be approved by the Official.
