§ 21-1-57 SAME; SUBMISSION.
   A final plat, in two copies, complying with the requirements set forth in this article, together with any other plans that may be required by the City Council, shall be submitted to the City Planner not less than one month prior to the meeting of the Planning Commission at which the final plat proposed is to be presented for approval. Any subsequent presentation to the City Council is not subject to this one-month review period. In no event shall the final plat be submitted to the City Planner more than two years after approval of the preliminary plat by the City Council, unless application for an extension of time for submitting the final plat is filed with the City Planner within such two-year period and is granted by the City Council.
