§ 21-1-43 PROPOSED SUBDIVISIONS AND APPROVAL WITHOUT PLAT; PUBLIC WAY, ESTABLISHMENT, AND CHANGE.
   A proposed subdivision may be approved without a plat thereof if the subdivision is for the purpose solely of establishing or changing the boundary of a public way.
