§ 21-1-8 SUBDIVISION.
   SUBDIVISION. Depending upon the context, a lot or tract of land that has been, or is proposed to be, divided into two or more lots or tracts for the purpose of sale or building development; or the process of dividing a lot or tract of land in such manner and for such purpose. The term shall include a resubdivision of a lot or tract of land.
