Any person who shall permit any nuisance to exist or continue in violation of §§ 20-7-22 or 20-7-23 of this article or of any notice served as provided in § 20-7-25 of this subchapter, shall be guilty of a Class II violation. Each day during which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
