§ 20-3-5 SAME; WIDTH; OTHER STREETS.
   The width of all sidewalks on all other streets, and parts of streets, in the city shall be not less than
the following:
   (A)   Curb sidewalks: five feet; and
   (B)   Other sidewalks (located 12 inches from property line): four feet.
