(A) The width of all sidewalks in front of lots abutting on Broadway Avenue shall be as follows:
(1) Lots between 16th Street and 19th Street: 16 feet;
(2) Lots between railroad right-of-way of Burlington Northern, Inc., and 16th Street, and between 19th Street and 20th Street: 14 feet; and
(3) All other lots: five feet.
(B) The width of all sidewalks on East 15th Street between Broadway Avenue and 1st Avenue, and on 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th Streets, and on the south side of 20th Street, all between Avenue A and 1st Avenue, shall be ten feet.
(C) All such walks shall have a continuous slope for drainage from the building line to the curb, in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Council or, in the absence thereof, by the City Manager or the designee of the City Manager.
