There hereby is dedicated to public use as a public street of the city the following described unplatted tract of land situated in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Twenty-Two (22) North, Range Fifty-Five (55) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, in the City of Scottsbluff, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska: beginning at a point 708.7 feet west and 33 feet south of the northeast corner of such section; thence south 905.6 feet; thence west 21 feet; thence north 905.6 feet; thence east 21 feet to the point of beginning, and such street is hereby named a segment of Avenue K of the city.
