§ 19-1-12 PREMISES AND PROPERTY.

PREMISES and PROPERTY. All land, both public and private, within the corporate limits of the city, and all public land of the city outside the corporate limits of the city. Public land includes, but is not limited to, public streets, alleys, and parks.
