§ 3-4-3 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   A violation of any provision of this article is a Class II violation. In addition, a person convicted of any provision of this article may be ordered to surrender his or her motorized skateboard to the Chief of Police for impounding for a period not to exceed six months.
