§ 19-1-10 GARBAGE.
   GARBAGE. Waste accumulations of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter that attend the use and preparation of meat, fish, fowl, fruits, or vegetables, and containers or packaging materials originally used for foodstuffs which become and remain soiled from such use.
