§ 19-1-2 ADEQUATE PREPARATION.
   ADEQUATE PREPARATION. The preparation of solid waste in a manner that complies with this chapter and with all regulations adopted pursuant thereto by the City Manager, and that will facilitate the collection process as determined by the City Manager.
