§ 18-6-7 PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO THE TRANSPORTATION OF MATERIAL REMOVED FROM TRAPS.
   (A)   All persons transporting FOG, sand, and oil removed from traps shall:
      (1)   Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations;
      (2)   Lawfully dispose of all material removed from traps; and
      (3)   Accurately maintain for a period of three years the following records:
         (a)   Name and address of business where the grease, sand, and oil trap(s) was pumped out and cleaned;
         (b)   Name of business owner(s), date of pumping, and volume of waste; and
         (c)   As to each shipment of material removed from traps:
            1.   Vehicle license number of the vehicle used in the shipment;
            2.   The driver’s name;
            3.   The date of delivery; and
            4.   A signed manifest. By signing a manifest, the driver certifies to the accuracy of information on the manifest.
   (B)   The City Manager may inspect all vehicles used in the transportation of material removed from traps.
   (C)   Persons transporting material removed from traps shall clean up spills or accidental releases on streets in the city.
