§ 18-4-14 DUE DATE; BILLING; RECEIVING.
   All charges established by or pursuant to this article shall be due and payable on the same dates as water service charges of the city are due and payable. Such charges shall be billed and received at the same time, in the same manner and by the same employees as are water charges of the city.
