§ 18-4-2 REVENUES; REQUIREMENT.
   The sewer service charges shall be adequate to generate annual revenues sufficient to pay costs of:
   (A)   Operation and maintenance;
   (B)   Principal and interest account;
   (C)   Principal and interest reserves; and
   (D)   Surplus.
