§ 3-3-3 OPERATION; ON STREETS PROHIBITED.
   Skates and skateboards shall not be operated on the streets of the city except for the purpose of crossing a street within a crosswalk or designated street crossing area. The rules relating to pedestrians crossing streets shall apply to persons crossing streets on skates or a skateboard.
