§ 18-2-21 INDUSTRIAL USER; WHOLESALE USER; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No industrial user shall discharge industrial waste into the city sanitary sewer after December 31, 1992 without having first obtained a permit in accordance with this chapter. No wholesale user shall discharge sewage into the city sanitary sewer after December 31, 1997 without having first obtained a permit in accordance with this chapter.
