§ 18-2-5 SEWER TAP; FEES.
   Before a sewer tap permit as provided for in this article shall be issued, the owner of the premises from which the connection is to be made shall pay to the City Clerk for each connection the tap fee provided and the sewer plant investment fee as provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code.
