§ 16-2-28 ALARM SYSTEM; USE; GENERAL.
   No alarm system shall be activated or used except for the purpose of summoning Police Department personnel for emergency or life hazard situations. Without the prior express consent of the Director, alarm systems shall not be tested so as to transmit a signal to personnel of the Police Department when an emergency of life hazard situation does not exist.
