§ 3-2-7 SIDEWALKS; PARKS; PEDESTRIANS; PRESUMPTION OF NEGLIGENCE.
   Any person operating a bicycle upon a public sidewalk or within a park shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians, shall announce his or her presence before passing a pedestrian, and shall exercise due care when passing a pedestrian. Any person operating a bicycle upon a public sidewalk or within a park when involved in a collision with a pedestrian, shall be rebuttedly presumed to have been negligent.
