§ 16-1-1 EMPLOYEES; RESIDENCE.
   All employees, except the Police Chief, of the Police Department shall reside not to exceed 30 miles from the city limits but, regardless, not to exceed 45 minutes’ response time to the Public Safety Building from the time of notification by the Police Department as determined by the Police Chief.
