§ 15-1-41 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to sponsor or conduct a special event requiring a special event permit unless a permit has been issued for the event. It is unlawful for any person to participate in such an event with the knowledge that the sponsor of the event has not been issued a permit.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to interfere with or disrupt a lawful special event.
   (C)   The special event permit authorizes the permittee to conduct only such event as is described in the permit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit. It is unlawful for any event participant with knowledge thereof to willfully violate the terms and conditions of the permit.
   (D)   It is unlawful to unreasonably hamper, impede, or interfere with any portion of a park, the exclusive use of which has been granted to another under the provisions of this article.
   (E)   Any violation of any provision of this subchapter is a Class II violation.
