§ 15-1-22 DEFINITIONS.
   Whenever used in this chapter, the following words or terms have the following meaning.
   PARK TREE. Trees and shrubs in public parks of the city and other areas in the city which are owned by the city or in which the city owns an interest (not including public streets and alleys), or which are leased to the city.
   SHRUBS. Bushes or other woody vegetation used in landscaping which by their name do not normally attain heights in excess of 20 feet.
   TREES, LARGE. Trees which by their nature normally attain heights in excess of 45 feet at maturity.
   TREES, MEDIUM. Trees which by their nature normally attain heights of from 25 to 45 feet at maturity.
   TREES, SMALL. Trees which by their nature do not normally attain heights in excess of 25 feet at maturity.
