It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any horse, or to cause or allow any horse or cattle to be driven through, run loose, staked out, or in any other way to be in any park except in an area designated by the City Manager, or the designee of the City Manager, for such riding or for showing horses or cattle. Provided however, that horses may be ridden on Monument Valley Pathways, and may be ridden on roadways in Lacy Park and Riverside Park.
