It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park a motor vehicle, other than an electric personal assistive mobility device as defined in § 3-5-1 of this code, in any city park except on roadways, thoroughfares, streets, motor vehicle parking areas, or other areas designated by the city for use by motor vehicles. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or park a motor vehicle and electric personal assistive mobility device, except a wheelchair or maintenance vehicle operated by a city employee, anywhere within or upon Monument Valley Pathways.
