It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to operate a motor vehicle or an electric personal assistive mobility device upon any roadway, thoroughfare, street, or place within Lacy Park or Riverside Park at a speed in excess of 15 mph. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle, skates, skateboard, motorized skateboard, or any motorized device within Monument Valley Pathways at a speed in excess of 15 mph.
