§ 15-1-2 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY; WASTE; PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut down, injure, or destroy any tree, plant, or shrub or to injure or destroy any building, equipment, or paraphernalia belonging to the city and installed in its parks, or to commit waste of any kind therein.
