§ 14-1-4 STREETS; EAST; WEST; OVERLAND DRIVE.
   Whenever in this municipal code, the name of a street includes the term “East” or “West”, the term shall be construed to mean that part of the street referred to that lies east or west, respectively, of Broadway Avenue. The name “Overland Drive” shall be construed to mean 13th Street.
