(A) No person operating an adult book store, and no officer, director, agent, or employee of such person shall:
(1) Allow any person under the age of 21 years to enter an adult book store; or
(2) Display depictions of specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas within the view of persons who are not inside the establishment.
(B) The act or omission of any employee or agent who shall violate any of the provisions this section shall be punishable in the same manner as if such employer or principal had personally so acted or omitted to act.
(C) The terms “adult book store”, “specified anatomical areas” and “specified sexual activities” shall bear the definition given to them in Chapter 25, Article 22 of this code.
