(A) A person, 18 years of age or older, commits public indecency if such person performs or procures, or assists another to perform, in a public place where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by members of the public:
(1) An act of sexual penetration as that term is defined in the state statutes;
(2) Any exposure of the genitals of the body done with intent to affront or alarm any person; or
(3) A lewd fondling or caressing of the body of another person of the same or opposite sex.
(B) Public indecency is a Class I violation.
