All buildings, tents, rooms, or other structures, which are erected, established, maintained, used, owned, or leased for the purpose of prostitution, or in which prostitution is conducted, permitted, or carried on, and the furniture, fixtures, musical instruments, and contents used in carrying on such business, are hereby declared to be a nuisance.
