§ 13-8-3 GAMBLING; PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons within the city to engage in gambling or play any game or games of chance of any character with cards, dice, or with any other device or means whatever, for money or any other valuable thing, or for anything representing money or other valuable thing.
