Each permit:
(A) Shall state the name of the organization to which issued and the nature, date, hours, and place of the event; and
(B) May include such reasonable restrictions or conditions, including but not limited to the providing of insurance, as the City Council shall determine, to be in the public interest or, as the case may be, the interest of the participants.
